My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a good view of Bristol overlooking the park, but they are starting to look dated and the bathrooms need updating. The location was really convenient, situated between the city center and the main station, making it easy to explore Bristol. The dining experience was a letdown, with breakfast not meeting expectations. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious with two large, comfy beds, plenty of hanging space, and a large TV. The service was top-notch, especially Andrea at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect for shopping and walking around the city. The dining experience was lovely with a wide selection of food, although the temperature was a bit off on the mornings. Overall, great value for money!

I had a small balcony with a front view. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety, and I even received chocolates, small gifts, a handwritten birthday card, and free drink vouchers for the bar downstairs.
